Criteria for Placement
- Application Date & Time: Families are primarily placed on the waitlist in the order their application is received.
- Child’s Needs: Your child’s age, needs and the suitability of our available programs (ESDM, DPP or ABA) may be considered for placement priority.
- Sibling Enrollment: Siblings of currently enrolled children may receive priority.
Deposit and Fees
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of registration & annual resource fee is required to secure your child’s position on the waitlist. This deposit will be applied to your total bill upon enrollment.
- Refund Policy: The deposit is refundable if you choose to withdraw from the waitlist before a spot becomes available, provided you give 72 hours’ notice.
Time Limits
- Updates: You’ll receive regular updates regarding your approximate wait time.
- Holding an Offered Spot: If a spot opens, you’ll have 5 working days to confirm acceptance and begin the enrollment process.
- Waitlist Expiration: Waitlist positions will remain active for 6 months. You’ll have the option to automatically renew your position at the end of this period unless you decline.
